The schedule makers couldn't have picked a better set up for district play in Southeast Missouri.
Keep this in mind, only two of the following three teams will make it to the playoffs from their District: Cape Central, Farmington and Sikeston.
Check out the Breakdown:
Cape Central: The Tigers have pulled off a remarkable turn-a-round. Going from winless last season to unbeaten at 7-0 this year under Rich Payne heading into Districts.
Farmington: The Knights have been a high flying picture of consistency over the years and this year is no different. Farmington is 6-and-1 putting up 70-points in a recent win at Poplar Bluff.
Sikeston: Coach Kent Gibbs is working his magic again this season. The Bulldogs who are coming off a State Runner-up finish are undefeated and have yet to be seriously challenged.
Here are your featured games heading into the next three weeks of District play:
Friday October 15th
Cape Central at Farmington
Thursday October 21st
Sikeston at Cape Central
Thursday October 28th
Sikeston at Farmington
Fasten your seat belts, this should be one very bumpy and exciting ride!
