Sources tell me Southern Illinois University Associate Sports Information Director Jeff Honza has accepted the SEMO Sports Information Director position replacing the retiring Ron Hines.
The 34-year old Honza has served nine years at SIU most recently handling the football and baseball duties.

What about the tournament coming up at Dalhousie. I saw on channel 6 where this year the Cape tournament is only for winners of individual junior tournaments from last year. I checked the Rolex tournament website and saw where players such as Tiger Woods as a junior won this tournament twice and nearly every big name PGA and LPGA player has played through this tournament, sounds very interesting for Cape Girardeau to be hosting this type of future golfers, how come Channel 6 reports on it but not the Cape Girardeau station.
